WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – One person died and two people were hospitalized after a two-car crash on Mountain View Corridor at 5400 South, according to Sergeant Wade Sanders with the West Valley City Police Department.
Police confirmed an adult female was killed in the crash while another adult female was transported to an area hospital in critical condition and an adult male was transported in serious condition.
Utah Department of Transportation officials first tweeted about the crash just after 7 p.m. Saturday.
Officials did not give a cause for the crash and said the incident is under investigation.
